The Human Resources Department is an essential component of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. The HR Department provides comprehensive personnel services, career support, and workforce resources to our Tribal Employees, Job Applicants, and the General Public. We are dedicated to fostering professional growth, equal employment opportunities, and a supportive workplace across all tribal government programs and community services.

Services include:

• Employment Resources: Guiding job seekers through career pathways and tribal employment procedures.
• Job Opportunities: Providing recruitment updates, open positions, and career advancement across the tribe.
• Employee Benefits: Administering health, retirement, and wellness benefit programs for tribal staff.
• Employee Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tribal personnel policies, safety, and workplace standards.

• SCAT Job Application: Official employment application forms for tribal vacancies.
• Vacancy Listing: Up-to-date career postings and department job descriptions.
