Adult/Juvenile Rehabilitation & Detention Center

The San Carlos Adult Juvenile Rehabilitation Detention Center is a role model facility in Indian Country. Our Correction Officers are certified through the Indian Police Academy, Arizona Detention Association and the Arizona Correction Officer Training Academy. The kitchen staff is certified through the National Corrections Academy, and often receives outstanding reviews from visiting tribes. The education department has held many graduations for both adult and juvenile operations. Our Education Department currently accredited through Advance Ed, with the support from our staff the inmates/residents have reached their goal of obtaining a high school diploma or General Education Diploma. S.C.A.J.R.D.C. has an outstanding recovery program for the adult inmates and host graduations upon completions of the program.
