Administration

Administration provides services for the Tribal Council such as processing travel, general assistance requests, budget revisions, and payment for vendors. The Administration office also helps the public with funeral assistance and faxing documents.
Located in Building 3A on San Carlos Avenue, our dedicated administrative staff acts as the primary operational center for the San Carlos Apache Tribe, supporting tribal departments, program directors, enterprises, and community members across the entire reservation.
Tribal Council Support and Operational Services
Our administration office coordinates essential administrative functions to support sovereign tribal governance. We manage official tribal travel authorizations, process vendor contracts, and coordinate departmental budget revisions in alignment with federal guidelines from the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Our team works in direct partnership with tribal leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility, transparent records, and effective governmental operations across all departments.
Administration Office Community Assistance and Services
In addition to executive governance, the Administration Office is committed to serving community families with dignity, respect, and compassion. We provide prompt support for funeral assistance applications, official document verification, vendor registration forms, and public administrative inquiries. Our staff assists tribal members in navigating government services and accessing essential public assistance programs.
Our administrative team coordinates closely with various community departments, program managers, and district offices to ensure efficient delivery of public resources. We are committed to maintaining high standards of accountability, ethical service, and professional public administration.
