San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP)

The San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) Collections Office now operates within the Finance Department. Their office is located in the Mitchell Hoffman Administrative Building. There are two SCIP Collections Clerks employed in this program, Jolene Hoffman and Yvonne Hooke. The primary focus is to collect utility payments from SCIP customers who reside in San Carlos on behalf of SCIP.
SCAT/SCIP Collections Program is located northside lobby entrance of Finance & Revenue Department.
