The mission of the Information Technology department is to provide effective resolutions to daily challenges, enhance the productivity of the San Carlos Apache Tribal Government,
and empower our users by making information technology accessible. We achieve this by providing a customer-focused, single point of contact for quality IT services and support.
Our goal is to maintain a maximum amount of customer satisfaction through:
● Improving our communication processes
● Offering support through multiple service level channels

● Shortening our service response time levels
● Managing of all end-user support requirements
● Making online solutions available through intranet sites
● End-to-end “Ticket” tracking
● Increasing our “First Contact” resolution rate
Vision:
To be successful and fulfill our Mission Statement, Tribal IT must create a thriving environment, leverage technology, and provide training to the IT staff to effectively support the Tribe’s needs. In support of the Tribal Information Technology Department’s Mission Statement, the IT Department developed the Vision Statement to guide long-term planning efforts and identify new areas of opportunity. The Vision Statement is accompanied by core values incorporated into the day-to-day operation of the Tribal Information Technology department. These Values are designed to create and nurture a thriving work environment and develop a culture that generates Teamwork, Customer Service, Integrity, and Innovation.
