Public Defender

Office of the Public Defender offers dense services for individuals who have an active case with the San Carlos Apache Tribal Court. We provide representation for individuals who have cases in adult criminal court, juvenile court and child welfare cases. Our caseload is comprised of individuals who have applied through our application process or individuals who have been court appointed to our office.
We provide representation for community members who have adult criminal cases, juvenile court matters, and child welfare cases. Additionally, we also have provided representation on appeal matters on behalf of our clients.
